During our Homecheck Service, we will carry out an internal and external inspection, checking shutters, windows and doors, roofs, outbuildings and pools. We'll also empty the postbox. Internally, we will check for leaks, wildlife entry, that the heating is working properly, the electrics are working.

In the event of a problem you will be informed straight away and if required, we can arrange for a local artisan to resolve the issue.

We also provide a Mail Forwarding Service for you.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, as part of our homecheck service, we will visit your property free of charge to check for any damage.

We also operate a Collection and Delivery Service , or we can arrange to be at your home to meet any larger deliveries.

We have established a network of registered artisans able to deal with any projects you may have planned. Our Artisan Liaison Service , means that, whilst you are absent, we can liaise with the tradesperson on your behalf and update you on progress with digital images.
